Morning Practice

  • The Nook A Therapeutic Collective 3590 Harrison Boulevard GL 2 Ogden, UT, 84403 United States (map)

This experience begins with an Ashtanga-inspired warm-up designed to prepare the body and awaken the breath energy pathways. Expect sun salutations, standing postures, bandhas, and ujjayi breath. From there, we transition into a seated practice of pranayama and mantra.

We will spend the last 30 minutes doing pranayama and mantra. As the breath steadies, we’ll layer in mantra repetition, allowing the mind to soften and the heart to open through rhythm and sound. Amanda will accompany the practice with the Shruti box, whose grounding sound supports the voice and deepens the vibrational experience.

Mantra works not only on a mental level, but energetically. The repetition helps clear stagnant thought patterns, regulate the nervous system, and refine focus. The shruti box amplifies these effects by providing a continuous tonal foundation, encouraging longer exhales, resonance in the chest and throat, and a sense of being held within sound.

Space is limited to 10 people.
