Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with a sweet and meaningful Mommy & Me experience designed for connection, play, and presence 💗🌸

We’ll begin with a lighthearted, all-levels yoga flow featuring partner poses that invite laughter, teamwork, and moments of sweet connection. This class is designed to be approachable and fun, with space to slow down, breathe together, and share a simple gratitude prompt for a meaningful moment.

After yoga, you’ll be invited to create your own mini flower bouquet at our bouquet bar—a special take-home piece to remember the day.

This experience is best suited for kids ages 3 to 8, but all ages are welcome if you feel your child will enjoy and engage with the flow.
