Hands On: Flow & Restore

  • The Nook: a Therapeutic Collective 3590 Harrison Boulevard GL2 Ogden, UT, 84403 United States (map)

The Facilitators:

Experienced yoga practitioner Amanda and Thai yoga massage therapist Keirshia.

Experience a revamped version of Twice as Nice: Yoga and Thai Touch!

Where effort and ease, movement and stillness, and healing touch come together. This slow, intentional class blends active, breath-led postures—either gently held or slowly moved through—with long-held, passive counter poses, allowing the body to engage with awareness and then soften and release. Think active posture paired with passive counter-posture. The perfect blend of Hatha vinyasa and yin yoga.

Led by Amanda, the practice begins with breath control (pranayama) and moves through a rhythmic pattern of active engagement followed by passive stillness. Each posture or short movement pattern is intentionally paired with a passive shape, supporting nervous system regulation, integration, and surrender.

Amanda brings 9 years of teaching experience with a strong foundation in hands-on adjustments and mindful touch. Keirshia adds over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher and massage therapist, with deep roots in Thai massage, sound healing, and the healing arts.

Class closes with a mini sound bath.

Space is limited to 8 people.
