Maple Grove
Day Retreat
Maple Grove Hot Springs and Retreat Center
Tucked along the Bear River in Idaho, Maple Grove is a natural sanctuary where geothermal waters meet stunning canyon views. With its riverside soaking pools, cozy gathering spaces, and untouched wilderness, it’s the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect.
If you’ve been to Maple Grove Hot Springs, you already know how magical it is. If not, imagine a natural hot spring sanctuary along the Bear River, completely off-grid and free from distraction—no service, no substances, just peace. Maple Grove is an alcohol and substance-free retreat center rooted in sustainability and dedicated to creating a restorative experience in harmony with the native land. Throughout the day, we’ll gather in a private yurt reserved for yoga, ceremonies, and special events, as well as enjoy plenty of time to soak and explore the surrounding beauty.
This collaborative retreat brings together six skilled facilitators, each sharing their unique craft. The day includes two yoga classes to choose from, a thoughtfully curated healing journey of pranayama, chanting, sound healing, and reiki, nourishing snacks, live acoustic music, a nutritious dinner, breathtaking views of peak fall colors, and a gift bag filled with locally curated treasures.

The Facilitators
Yoga Teachers
Amanda has been sharing yoga for nearly a decade, with a passion for the art and flow of Vinyasa. Her classes weave breath, alignment, and creativity into sequences that are both grounding and challenging—inviting students to explore their edge while cultivating balance, presence, and ease.
Jill has been practicing yoga for twenty years and teaching for fourteen. When she’s not in the hot yoga room, she loves spending time with her dogs or exploring the mountains snowboarding, skiing, and hiking. At the retreat, she will be offering a dynamic Vinyasa fusion class designed to awaken vital energy and guide students into a state of comfort, serenity, and peaceful focus.
Sound Healers
Keirshia guides a transformative journey inward, using her voice alongside unique instruments such as the double chamber flute, didgeridoo, and crystal bowls. Through this immersive sound therapy experience, she creates a space of relaxation, resonance, and energetic alignment.
Debi carries a deep love for the art of sound healing. Using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a crystal harp, she creates immersive experiences that calm the nervous system and restore balance. She views sound as medicine for the mind, body, and soul, and is passionate about guiding others into harmony and renewal through the power of vibration and frequency.
Reiki Practitioner + Musician
Sami is a Reiki Master certified in Holy Fire II and Karuna Reiki, offering energy work that supports deep healing and renewal. Her essence of energy work creates a safe space for release, balance, and reconnection to the body + spirit. With intuitive guidance and compassionate energy, she helps people awaken their inner wisdom and light.
Tim is a musician, songwriter, and recording artist, best known as the frontman of the Tim Daniels Band. He will be performing live acoustic music and singing throughout the downtime at the retreat.
