Experienced yoga practitioner Amanda and Thai yoga massage therapist Keirshia.
Think of it as yoga meets massage—double the hands-on care for double the relaxation. Settle into a deeply restorative yin-style class led by Amanda, as she guides you through gentle, long-held poses. Throughout the practice, both Amanda and Keirshia offer ongoing, intuitive hands-on assists and healing touch to help you relax and release.
Amanda brings 9 years of experience to her teaching, drawing from intensive yoga trainings that placed a strong emphasis on hands-on adjustments and mindful touch. Keirshia adds over 12 years of experience as both a yoga instructor and massage therapist, with a background in healing arts including Thai massage and sound healing.
This special class begins with grounding breathwork, flows through a yin practice with supportive touch and Thai yoga assists, and closes with a calming mini sound bath.
